Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern use of Salvage Hubs Enterprise (the “Platform”). Please read them carefully before registering.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Salvage Hubs Enterprise (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Platform Role
The Platform is a technology marketplace connecting insurance companies and other sellers of salvage/total-loss vehicles with registered buyers and traders. The Platform facilitates auctions, payment tracking, and logistics coordination.
3. Registration & Eligibility
Users must complete registration, including identity verification (KYC), before participating in auctions. The Platform reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any registration.
4. Buyer Obligations
Registered buyers must maintain a security deposit proportional to their desired bidding capacity, complete full payment within the applicable grace period upon winning an auction, and collect purchased vehicles within the applicable collection window.
5. Auction Rules
All bids are binding offers. Vehicles may be sold individually or as bundled lots (multiple vehicles sold together as a single unit). Reserve prices, where set, must be met for a sale to complete. The Platform's automated systems determine auction winners based on highest bid at closing time.
6. Payment & Default
Full payment is due within the grace period communicated at time of sale. Failure to pay within this period may result in the sale being marked as defaulted and the forfeiture of a percentage of the buyer's security deposit, as set out in the Platform's collection policy.
7. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer
Vehicles are sold as-is, where-is. Inspection reports and AI-generated valuations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a warranty of condition, roadworthiness, or title. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
8. Fees & Deposits
Applicable platform fees, whether percentage-based or fixed, will be disclosed prior to sale completion. Security deposits may be forfeited in whole or in part in the event of buyer default, as described in the Platform's collection policy.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not misrepresent their identity, manipulate bidding through collusion or shill bidding, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Platform acts as a facilitator and is not liable for the condition of vehicles sold, disputes between buyers and sellers beyond its facilitation role, or indirect or consequential damages arising from Platform use.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
12. Amendments
The Platform may amend these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of amended Terms.

AI-generated valuations and automated marketing content are estimates based on available data and do not constitute guarantees of value, condition, or accuracy. Buyers are strongly encouraged to review all available inspection data and conduct independent due diligence before bidding.
