• Auction House

  Companies & Roles

  A company hosting one or more Rooms of auctions on Salvage Hubs. Each Auction House has its own branded storefront and membership rules.

  A specific concurrent auction stream. Rooms come in three types: Brand Sale, Individual Cars, and Lots.

  A single vehicle (or grouped bundle) offered for sale in an auction, identified by a lot number.

  The minimum sale price set by the seller. If the reserve is not met, the seller is not obliged to release the vehicle.

  The maximum you are willing to pay. The system bids on your behalf in the smallest increments needed, up to your ceiling.

  The minimum amount by which each new bid must exceed the current highest bid. Set per vehicle by the admin.

  The opening price displayed when a lot has no bids yet — usually equal to the seller's reserve or a percentage of it.

  A Room type dedicated to a single manufacturer or fleet operator — for example an OEM buy-back sale.
